Description
Got milk? Spotlight on old milk cans shows a row of decades-old used galvanized milk cans grouped on a rustic beam as restaurant wall decor. Accented by the sprigs of dried flowers, it has a French country look...or is it shabby chic Americana? This photo has had some necessary retouching and subtly adjusted coloration. This lovely warm vignette would be a serene and unique addition to home, cafe, B&B or office interior decor. Great on a shopping bag or as you like it.
Milk cans were used by dairy farmers in the 19th century. Dairy farmers stored and transported milk in these cans to customers in town. Though milk cans were widely used and the only method of carrying milk at the time, it also impacted dairy farming negatively when in some cases, milk cans were not cleaned perfectly.
