Description
Climbing atop a rocky ridge on the Giants Causeway on a slippery, rainy (oh, sorry, that's not rain, it's Irish sunshine) day showing the tops of the unusual basaltic formation, which goes along the coast and in one spot trails out to the Atlantic ocean. The Giant’s Causeway is the aftermath of volcanic activity 60-million years ago leaving a legacy of over 40,000 interlocked basalt columns. This most popular natural scenic wonder in Northern Ireland is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This mind-boggling beauty of nature was once explained by an old Irish myth about a giant. To get a sense of scale look for the head of the hiker wearing the blue rain hood.

Cool perspective Barbie - when did you visit Ireland? How unusual for it to rain in Ireland! haha
