Description
A noir morning after photo. Bottle shock? The labels on these empty red wine bottles read: The Crusher, The Cleaver, 19 Crimes, the Banished. These empties came from an Italian restaurant and a friend. I have heard various opinions of 19 Crimes from a variety of people. The ones we have tasted have been enjoyable. An art work of this image would be a good conversation starter to hang in a drinking area or a unique invitation to a drinks party. The Australian winemaker says:
The men featured on these wine labels are not those of fiction. They were flesh and blood. Criminals, artists and scholars of history, who received "punishment by transportation" for violation of one of 19 crimes and becoming the first settlers of a new nation.
