Description
A lovely evening with rosy clouds over some of the whale watching boats in the hafn (haven or port) north and west of the old city of Reykjavík, Iceland. The harbor construction from 1913 to 1917, was the largest project to that point in Icelandic history. The three or four remaining whale-hunting ships are docked right by the whale-watching tour boats. Needless to say, they are at cross purposes, but coexist.

What an interesting capture with the boats with opposing purposes not only in the same image but next to each other in the harbor!

Gorgeous capture of this spectacular view, Barbie! I can't get over those amazing sunlit clouds covering the mountains like a feather duvet! Wonderful boats in harbor foreground! L/F/T/P
