Description
Still life? This white and ginger sleeping beauty has found an unused chair for a nap. In the background is old manufacturing equipment in a defunct fabric factory which used to make a linen-like cloth, possibly also blanket material. This is a scene from LA FABRICA LA AURORA, one of San Miguel de Allende's most unique destinations, a beautiful art and design center housed in a former textile factory from the turn-of-the century. On the large grounds of La Fabrica La Aurora are restaurants, art classes, and one of the largest and finest collections of art and jewelry galleries, design stores and furniture stores in Mexico.

Congratulaitons of your feature Barbie!!! I LOVE the old machinery as such - they were certainly built to last, shame they still don't use them!

So adorable and endearing feline capture, Barbie! Reminds me of the beloved cat my family enjoyed for 16 lovable years with very similar colors. A really great image here with fabulous composition, and loved reading your description, too. Outstanding work! F/L
