Description
Decades ago, this restored classic Case tractor circa 1920s or 1930s was working to provide food for America and a livelihood for farmers. At that time, most tractors ran on kerosene. The J.I. Case Company of Racine, Wisconsin, also manufactured steam tractors and continued to make many types of farm machinery. The Civil War eagle, "Old Abe", the famous pet eagle of the Wisconsin 8th Infantry, was the J.I. Case mascot or trademark. Today Case IH Agriculture & Farm Equipment is a multinational conglomerate which manufactures a wide variety of agricultural equipment. Brands includes Case, International Harvester, and Farmall.
