It is lovely to see a butterfly gracing flowers on a summer day, blessing us with its beauty and its contribution to pollination. This Eastern Tiger Swallowtail butterfly is feeding on a bright red flower amidst some coleus foliage with variegated leaves. Photographed at Longwood Gardens, an American botanical garden with over 1,077 acres of gardens, woodlands, and meadows in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, in the Brandywine Creek Valley, created by Pierre DuPont.
